Seriously, there were several things I was going for with this change.
1. I was never crazy about the color scheme for the ProSense theme. I like the white/off white colors; they seem cleaner and less cluttered.
2. Content space. While having three columns was nice, it did cut down, or appear to cut down on the actual space for my content. Since I’m gonna start incorperating images into my articles, I need as much space as I can get.
3. This was a big one for me. I’m a huge fan of tabbed pages in the header. I had spent two weeks trying to modify my old theme to add them in, but nothing I did worked. I even found a plugin that was supposed to do that; looked horrible!

I’ll get the picture out of here as soon as I get a nice replacement. I wanted the misty default gone.

I love the design of this site. Why change?

The header picture looks like something from Max Headroom, I dun like that at all! But otherwise I do like the change. It’s more clear and bright and inviting!

@ Cooliojones — What’s wrong with Max Headroom?? I actually remember watching the show on ABC back in the 80’s. I don’t think it lasted more than a season. I’m looking for a picture that represents bridging from the offline word into the online world. I have a really cool idea in my head for what I want, but I’m no artist. Gonna try and see if I can interest some of my art buddies into a commissioned work.
