I have a list of keywords on my desk that I’m researching for future niche sites aswell.

What’s the Deal with Desty Online?

When I started this journey last year, I thought it would be cool to talk about business, my experiences online and off line. As time went on, I noticed that the well started to run dry. Even as I gained more knowledge and experience on getting search engine traffic, I would write about it, and once I wrote about it, what else can you say about it?

Last time I checked, Desty Online had a PR3, and some pages inside also had PR2 - PR3. As it stands, Desty Online makes some passive income, enough to pay for hosting for my sites on a monthly basis. I have sold advertising through the end of Feb 2008, so that’s why I haven’t made any changes. March 1st though, expect to see a new theme, and more posts, althought these new posts will have little to nothing to do with business.

A New Direction

I’m going to put Adsense back on Desty Online and start an experiment on post level keywords, along with evaluating Technorati as a source of search traffic. Supposedly, using Technorati tags could be a source of traffic, while I have used them in the past, Technorati has changed their format and their top tags is no long obvious, but that’s why I’m testing.

I will still answer emails either by personal email or through a post if needed.

If you go to www.bloggingzoom.com you’ll only get a white screen.

Bloggingzoom is such a great aid to bloggers or anyone who uses a blog. Some people think that it’s just another Digg site; it is SO much more. I use bloggingzoom as a tool to get my articles a 2nd entry in the search engines. There are several instances where I have taken 2 tops on page 1 for my funny video site. If you want Google search engine traffic and you’re not using Bloggingzoom, you are missing out.

Yaro Starak, creator of Blog Mastermind is closing the doors to new students effective Monday December 10th 2007.

My Experience with Blog Mastermind

I was a beginning member of Blog Mastermind back when it started last summer.  It was obvious Yaro knew his stuff and wanted to mold and focus his program to the needs of his students.  Back during that time I wrote another article sharing my thoughts and experiences.  Yaro does a great job with his videos and podcasts in teaching blogger fundamentals.

So, I am going to upgrade to be better theme.  We’ll be going back to a 3 column format, one where the content has a sidebar on each side (something I wanted from the get-go).  Over the next few days, the theme will be modified to get it where I want it to be.  Of course, that’s what got me here in the 1st place…
