Blogger aid, Bloggingzoom, has been HACKED! Court raised the alarm this afternoon. If you go to www.bloggingzoom.com you’ll only get a white screen.
Bloggingzoom is such a great aid to bloggers or anyone who uses a blog. Some people think that it’s just another Digg site; it is SO much more. I use bloggingzoom as a tool to get my articles a 2nd entry in the search engines. There are several instances where I have taken 2 tops on page 1 for my funny video site. If you want Google search engine traffic and you’re not using Bloggingzoom, you are missing out.
If you enjoyed this post, make sure you subscribe to my RSS feed!

Desty thank you so much for helping us to get the word out about what’s going on with BloggingZoom. The site will be back soon and I can promise that it will be better than ever.
Anything I can do to get the word out.
bloggingzoom is nothing but an unfair environment for the typical blogger, guest voting is nothing but a website trying to make their selves look better then they really are! Not to mention it’s VERY EASY TO CHEAT
Guest voting is so unfair and wrong! I prefer blogengage, far better and allows for you to guest blog as well
Good luck with that crap site!
I have to disagree, but not for the reason you might think. I could care LESS that Bloggingzoom lets anyone vote on article; if all my articles had 1 vote, it wouldn’t bother me in the slightest.
My use of Bloggingzoom is purely to create an additional entry on the search engines for my articles. I write my BZ entries, stuffed with my targeted keywords. I throw in about 10 or so tags atleast so I can get 11+ backlinks for the article. The links are nofollow, but when I’m trying to get a brand new article indexed, I’ll take any help I can get. On my funny video site, I have several posts that two entries on page 1, the original article and my bloggingzoom entry.
Thank you for the comment Brian! Bloggingzoom isn’t for everyone. It isn’t Digg; it doesn’t try to be. But it is a great free resource for those who know what it is and how to use it correctly.
Great points you have stated here! Any median of promotion and distribution of your blog articles to generate new readers and intellectual conversations on your blog site is a must do!
Point well made. I’m not sure if it sounds surprising but I never thought of bloggingzoom and blogengage like that! I guess it’s because I never used any social networking sites before creating blogengage!
I started off with iknownil which seems to still be in development! I mean ideals not template wise. I’m kind of in writers block mode when it comes to seomkt and blogengage takes up a lot of my time. It’s hard to keep them all clean looking and full of quality blog but we’re getting there.
I guess we learn new ideals every day don’t we?
Did they ever recover? That really sucks! I hate it when people do that, but honestly since that time I haven’t heard much from them.
